Refund Policy
All requests regarding cancellation, withdrawal, leave of absence (LOA), deferral, transfer, or substitution must be submitted in writing to contact@allaboutpmptwithtasmur.com
Refunds will be disbursed to the specified payee mentioned on the payment receipt/invoice/cheque. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the payee's card. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, other refunds will be deposited into the payee's bank account in the currency of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the refund request by the course administrator.
Self-Paced E-Learning:
No refunds will be provided for electronically delivered training, including online sessions, webinars, DVDs, or similar media.
Participants must adhere to third-party refund policies when applicable.
Classroom/Face-to-Face Training/Online Live Instructor-Led:
A. Cancellation (occurs when a student doesn't attend the course):
Cancellations received before the course start date will incur a 5% charge of the course fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the course start date. However, participants can opt to defer to another course of equal or lesser value or transfer their spot to another person (refer to Withdrawal, Deferral, and Transfer/Substitution policies). Participants will receive a full refund if the organizer cancels or postpones a course. The organizer holds the right to cancel or postpone a course and is not liable for any claimed losses by the participant/sponsor due to such actions. All cancellation notices from participants must be provided in writing and received by the course administrator. Additional cancellation policies are applicable to in-house and customized training.
B. Withdrawal (occurs when a student starts but discontinues a course):
Participants can withdraw from a course at any time under the following guidelines:
i) Withdrawals within 1 to 10 days after the course start date will incur a fee equivalent to 70% of the course fee.
ii) No refunds will be granted for courses lasting ten (10) days or less. Instead, students are encouraged to defer or request a leave of absence.
No refunds will be offered for withdrawal from customized or in-house training after the contract is signed.
C. Leave of Absence (LOA) from a Course:
If uncontrollable circumstances, like illness or family-related issues, arise during your training, preventing course completion, you may return to another scheduled course within one year from your withdrawal date to complete missed days. Requests for LOA must be in writing and accompanied by relevant supporting documents. LOA requests are subject to approval.
Deferral of Training (applies if the program has not commenced):
Participants can defer their participation in a course to a future training of similar value and content by submitting a written request. A deferment fee covering administrative and facility expenses may apply, not exceeding 5% of the course fee. Deferral to a future training must be completed within six months of the deferment request; otherwise, the participant forfeits the training fee.
Transfer/Substitution of Training Enrollment:
Participants can transfer their registration to another person before a course begins. For substitutions made less than 3 days before the course start date, a 5% administrative service charge may apply for special arrangements, such as dietary needs for the new attendee.
