By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tasmur if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Registration Confirmation

a. Admission to a program is confirmed only upon:

• Full payment of Program Charges within two (2) days of registration or before the program start date.

• Receipt of explicit acknowledgement via Email from a Tasmur representative.

• Confirmation of seat upon successful realization of Cheque or other payment in our account.

b. Insufficient funds in a Cheque will require full payment within Two (2) Business days and incur an additional INR 500/- fee per returned Cheque.

c. Non-payment may lead to collection proceedings, and Course Transcript or Certificate issuance may be suspended.

2. Program Inclusions

a. The Program Charges cover registration/participation fees, Program Deliverables, and provisions for meals (only for off-line) during the training period.

b. Contact Hours/PDU's certificate issuance is subject to receiving full payment.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

a. No refunds if initial booking is made without informing the consultant.

b. Online study materials access is provided through the Tasmur learning portal in partnership with Udemy, with restricted downloading as per company policy.

4. Cancellations and Reschedules

a. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a refund after deduction of payment gateway and admin charges.

b. Cancellations post 24 hours from booking will not be refunded, but 50% of the payment can be applied to a future training within a year.

c. No refund for cancellations 1-3 days before the class or for no-shows.

d. Reschedule requests received 14 days prior to the class date incur no charges.

e. Reschedule requests within 2 days have a fee of INR 4000, with the remaining amount credited to a future training. Postponed program cancellations forfeit the entire course fee.

5. Institute-initiated Cancellations or Reschedules

Tasmur reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class. Refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days.
